Life Passes Like a Moment: Guidance, Trial, and Patience
Think back to the very first memory you have of your life—perhaps when you were five years old. Now, return to the present. How many years have passed? Some of you will say 20, some 50…
In a world where death is the end of the test, do you want eternal paradise or eternal hell? The choice is yours! Is it worth the risk? I think it's worth questioning…
Allah created humans in the most beautiful way and gave them a unique self that distinguishes them from other creatures. He sent humans to this world for a test. However, one of the envious jinn, Iblis, claimed to be superior to humans and displayed arrogance. Allah expelled him and, upon his request, granted Iblis time until the Day of Judgment to lead humans astray. As a result, the righteous will go to heaven, while the wicked will end up in hell. Iblis began his work with humans, establishing his own evil system. He deceived many by whispering into their hearts, exploiting their greed, worries about the future, passions, desires for ownership, and ambitions for status.
The first murder in human history occurred when one of Adam's first children killed his sibling. Those who followed Iblis became arrogant, formed groups, and spread their influence through organizations. Iblis captured even those with a conscience by whispering thoughts like "this is your right," "you are superior," "what others do is none of your business," "think of your future," "it should be yours," instilling self-centeredness and evil in them.
Those who follow Iblis can be classified as follows:
• Those who directly follow him, having seen him.
• Those who are deceived by his whispers.
• Those who don’t even believe in his existence but are already part of his system.
Of course, Almighty Allah sent prophets. However, they were mocked, labeled as liars, and their miracles were dismissed as "this is magic." .
They troubled the communities following the prophets more, as the others had already strayed and become part of his system. They did everything they could to deceive those who believed along with the prophets. (The reason for the use of plural is that there was now an army, whether knowingly or unknowingly, following Iblis and his system.)
Even a nation that had been favored for following its prophet, having witnessed the parting of the sea, was infiltrated. They were led to make a calf idol with their own hands and worship it. Then they even killed many prophets. They refused to accept prophets not of their lineage and attempted to kill them, succeeding in some cases, and were then cursed by Allah. I won’t go into detail about these matters for now.
Opposing the divine system, Satan even pushed humans to alter the divine scriptures. Their excuse was, "We are making our holy book suitable for our times." They even had so-called holy books written that praised their satanic systems. They ensnared those seeking faith through organizations and communities. By infiltrating believer groups, they used those with weak faith to form corrupt terrorist groups, leading them to commit atrocious acts and then blaming all the crimes on the innocent and the righteous through their media. Now, without researching, people began to see the good as bad and the bad as good. Under the guise of freedom, they enslaved people while disparaging those who are truly free, unfortunately convincing many.
Almighty Allah always prevails; He sent down an immutable book 1400 years ago, and He continues to protect it, and no one ever has the power to change even a single letter of it. If you read it without prejudice, you will see that it addresses all times and is universal.
Now there were two systems and three groups of people: The divine system, the satanic system...
Those who adhered to the divine system were always oppressed and humiliated. Despite this, because of Allah's command to "worship, do good deeds, and advocate truth and patience" (See the Quran, Al-Asr, 103), they continued to do good to others even in the face of evil. The world is like a dream, perhaps even a simulation, and we will learn this. Sometimes months pass like days. People were witnessing who they truly were. But in the end, those who spread goodness and possess beautiful morals will enter paradise, as decreed by Almighty Allah.
Now, let’s talk about the satanic system.
They grew so vast that they seized people's wealth and precious metal reserves. They bought people's values with mere pieces of paper, took over small businesses, and enslaved individuals. By providing phones for entertainment and televisions for homes, they lured humans, already in a dreamlike and arguably real world, into another layer of technological dream spiral . Those who followed the satanic system, whether they believed in Satan or not, forgot the reality that they would one day die, falling into his trap for their own gain. How long can one possibly live? 70? 80? 100? 200? What then?
Then there are those who live quietly, thinking they are not part of any thought system. Whether they realize it or not, they have already become a part of the system.
Now, Iblis uses his system to lead people astray, enslave them, start wars, kill children, women, and the innocent, and deprive people of the time to contemplate their creator. With their media power, they portray wrongs as rights.
I'm too busy, I can't think of the creator, I'll starve if I don't work, I need to work hard for my children's future!!!
From the age of one, by giving our children smartphones, we are already losing them. How do we expect them to treat us in the future? Are we expecting them to become the new members of the disrespectful system, labeling us as 'old-fashioned' and saying 'Are you still believing in these fairy tales?'
The Almighty Creator wants us to believe, to perform righteous deeds, and to help the needy, orphans, and those stranded. He wants us not to lie, not to slander, not to belittle others, and not to be arrogant. He wants us to possess good morals, to advise others with justice and patience. Additionally, He wants us to take care of our families and not even say 'uff' to our parents. In short, what is required of us is faith, worship, and good character.
So, is it better to live happily within divine beauty and order, to love and be loved, or to suffer pain in both worlds?
In a world where death is the end of the test, do you want eternal paradise or eternal hell? The choice is yours! Is it worth the risk? I think it's worth questioning…

One day, a person who had never seen the Prophet (pbuh) entered a gathering and started looking for him. His eyes searched the room, but unable to immediately recognize him among the people, he curiously asked:
"He is not one of us who sleeps full while his neighbor is hungry."
